Du début jusqu’à la fin, le service a été irréprochable avec un personnel souriant, professionnel et disponible sans être envahissant.

 

Nous goûtons à une cuisine fusion recherchée réalisée avec des produits nobles aux cuissons et associations de saveurs extraordinairement travaillées.

 

Un restaurant à faire au moins une fois dans sa vie !

Nous avons passé un très bon moment. La cuisine et les produits sont d’une très grande qualité. La caviar, dont je ne suis pas un grand amateur, était d’une grande finesse. Le boeuf wagyu, quant à lui, était fondant et d’une grande saveur. La service était également irréprochable et millimétré. Nous remercions également les cuisines pour leur très bonne gestion de nos contraintes alimentaires (lactose). Quelle chance d’avoir pu saluer le chef après notre dîner !

Un lieu tout en raffinement et en excellence, que ce soit dans les saveurs, les couleurs, l’harmonie des tons ou dans l’exquise politesse de l’équipe. Les plats sont bien dosés, inventifs et succulents. C’est une adresse exceptionnelle pour un moment de réel bonheur gustatif et esthétique. Tout est harmonieux, tout concorde.
