It was a great experience overall. The place was nice and the staff were helpful. I would recommend playing fruit ninja. It was the best one for me as a beginner. Other games were fine, but they depend on a lot of VR experience. The pods were cool. Glasses users beware – your glasses might get steamy because of the heat. But if you go to the waterfall area, a fan comes on, which helps 😅

I bought my husband here for his birthday. First impressions were fantastic, Adam was very friendly and super informative. He was on hand to help us the whole time! This place is truly a wonderful experience. We grabbed a drink before we travelled from the self serve bar which is a cool concept 😎 The universe was so fun and easy to get a grip of. There are plenty of games to try and are suitable for all gaming preferences. The map in itself is interesting to explore with the people you travelled with. We did have some technical faults on our visit with the equipment but the guardian was very quick in resolving it for us. The managers service recovery was great 👍 We will be back again to travel. 😎

 

The universe was so fun and easy to get a grip of. There are plenty of games to try and are suitable for all gaming preferences. The map in itself is interesting to explore with the people you travelled with.

We had the BEST time here!

Staff were so informative and friendly, they explained how to use it so well and were such a big help during the game if we got stuck.

It’s such a good idea that the game points deduct money on the drinks in real life too.

Would definitely go back with a bigger group and for a longer time period.

I took my partner here for a gift! We absolutely loved it. When you arrive, you’re asked if you are to be ‘travelling’ with them. The main foyer looks very futuristic, with projected decor and a self-serve bar at which you can spend your in-world coins after your session. The toilets (!) are Japanese style- futuristic and unnecessarily technical but fun! The actual experience was great (though there was an issue with my headset, they added extra time on to our session whilst they got it sorted!).
Recommend.
Just wish they offered longer sessions.

Great experience. Staff is helpful and will walk you through each step of your experience. The experience itself: you arrive and check in using the app, your name will appear on the departure board. You are then led to your individual pod. Your headphone allows you to communicate with your team. Great games, great experience and you get to use your points for drinks.
